Motive
What motivates you?” Our motives towards Christ
will determine whether we continuein our faith or walk away.“What motivates you?”
3 John 6 Jesus identifies wrong motives Challenges wrong motives
Reveals true motives
4 Motives identified Sometime after this,
Jesus crossed to the far shore of the Sea of Galilee (that is, the Sea of Tiberias), and a great crowd of people followed him because they saw the signs he had performed by healing the sick. John 6:1-2
5 Motives identified …“Very truly I tell you,
you are looking for me, not because you saw the signs I performed but because you ate the loaves and had your fill. John 6:26
6 Motives revealed They followed Christ for his benefits
Can he fix my marriage? Can he bless me financially? Can he repair my broken life? Can I find a mate? Can he prop up my self-esteem?Can he heal my body?Motives revealed
7 Motives challenged Whoever comes to me will never go hungry,
Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty. John 6:35
8 How can he now say, ‘I came down from heaven?” John 6:41-42
Motives challengedAt this the Jews there began to grumble about him because he said, “I am the bread that came down from heaven.” They said, “Is this not Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How can he now say, ‘I came down from heaven?” John 6:41-42
9 Motives challengedDo you know who I am?
10 Motives challengedI am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats this bread will live forever. This bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world…”
11 Motives challengedThen the Jews began to argue sharply among themselves, “How can this man give us his flesh to eat?”
12 Motives challengedJesus said to them, “Very truly I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day. For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in them. John 6:51-56
13 Motives challenged Do you know what I expect?
Jesus, knowing that they intended to come and make him king by force, withdrew again to a mountain by himself. John 6:15
14 The outcome of wrong motives
On hearing it, many of his disciples said,“This is a hard teaching. Who can accept it?”John 6:60From this time many of his disciples turned back and no longer followed him.John 6:66
15 True MOTIVES REVEALED“You do not want to leave too, do you?” Jesus asked the Twelve. John 6:67 Simon Peter answered him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. We have come to believe and to know that you are the Holy One of God.” John 6:68-69

EBENEZER LUTHERAN CHURCH & DIVINE SERVICE (Communion)
The Divine Service (German:Gottesdienst) is a title given to theEucharistic liturgy as used in the variousLutheran churches. It has its roots in thepre-Tridentine Mass as revised byMartin Luther in his Formula missae("Form of the Mass") of 1523 and hisDeutsche Messe ("German Mass") of 1526. It was further developed through the Kirchenordnungen ("church orders") of the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries that followed in Luther's tradition.
The term "Divine Service" is popularly used among the more conservative Lutheran churches and organizations ofthe United States and Canada. In the more progressive denominations, such as The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, the terms "Holy Communion" or "the Eucharist" are much more commonly used.
Definition and origins
In the parts of North AmericanLutheranism that use it, the term "Divine Service" supplants more usual English-speaking Lutheran names for the Mass: "The Service" or "The Holy Communion." The term is a calque of the Germanword Gottesdienst (literally "God-service" or "service of God"), the standard German word for worship.
As in the English phrase "service of God," the genitive in "Gottesdienst" is arguably ambiguous. It can be read as an objective genitive (service rendered to God) or a subjective genitive (God's "service" to people). While the objective genitive is etymologically more plausible, Lutheran writers frequently highlight the ambiguity and emphasize the subjective genitive.[1] This is felt to reflect the belief, based on Lutheran doctrine regarding justification, that the main actor in the Divine Service is God himself and not man, and that in the most important aspect of evangelical worship God is the subject and we are the objects: that the Word and Sacrament are gifts that God gives to his people in their worship.
Although the term Mass was used by early Lutherans (the Augsburg Confession states that "we do not abolish the Mass but religiously keep and defend it"[2]) and Luther's two chief orders of worship are entitled "Formula Missae" and "Deutsche Messe"—such use has decreased in English usage except among Evangelical Catholics and "High Church Lutherans". Also, Lutherans have historically used the terms "Gottesdienst" or "The Service" to distinguish their Service from theworship of other protestants, which has been viewed as focusing more on the faithful bringing praise and thanksgiving to God.[3]
United States
The Lutheran liturgy currently used in the United States traces its development back to the work of Beale M. Schmucker, George Wenner and Edward Horn. Their work took place in the context of a wider North Americanconfessional revival. Between 1876 and 1883, various Lutheran synods expressed an interest in creating a common worship service. This led to the creation of a Joint Committee in 1884 which included representatives of theGeneral Synod and General Council, the two dominant pan-Lutheran groups. This committee appointed Schmucker, Wenner and Horn who began their work in April 1884. A year later, they brought a draft to the General Synod's convention which modified and approved the following order: Introit, Kyrie, Gloria in Excelsis, Collect, Epistle, Alleluia, Gospel, Creed, Sermon, General Prayer, Preface, Sanctus and Hosanna, Exhortation to Communicants, Lord’s Prayer and Words of Institution, Agnus Dei, Distribution, Collect of Thanksgiving, Benediction. In 1887, the three men presented their final draft to the Joint Committee. This final draft used the King James Version language and Anglican (Book of Common Prayer) translations of the Kyrie, Gloria, Creeds, Prefaces, Lord’s Prayer, and Collects. It also included the Nunc Dimittis as an option. The final draft, with minor edits, was approved by the various synods in 1888 and has become known as The Common Service and formed the basis for every major Lutheran hymnal and worship book into the late twentieth century.[4][5]
Signs of a Rainbow Child
Do you suspect your child is a Rainbow child? All children are unique, of course, butRainbow children are somehow set apart. They appear to be more evolved than the majority of human beings. Find out the signs of a Rainbow child.
21 Signs of a Rainbow Child
- A Rainbow child is usually born to a Crystal adult.
- Rainbow children choose to incarnate into stable families, whereas, their processors, the Indigos chose dysfunctional environments.
- Rainbows are new souls. They come without the baggage of previous incarnations.
- They are usually psychic or extremely intuitive. They accept their psychic gifts as a normal part of their life. It’s no big deal to them.
- They are hyperactive and high-energy. You may even feel a buzz when you are near one as their personal energy fields vibrate so intensely. A Rainbow child might need to run everywhere, or to start hopping, skipping and jumping spontaneously.
- They are drawn to bright colors. The brighter, the better.
- Their male/female characteristics are balanced, hence the emergence of the gender-neutral culture.
- They are passionate, creative and enthusiastic. If you had to assign a tarot suit to them, it would be Wands/Fire
- They are impervious to low energy and vibration, shrugging it off and moving on.
- They gravitate toward other Rainbows, joining together to form a super high-energy bond.
- They have innate understanding that they are connected to, and are part of, all-that-is. They have no sense of separation.
- They are natural healers.
- They may share some physical characteristics with Crystals, such as their big eyes and clear gaze. Yet whereas Crystal children look deep into your soul, you will never feel judged by a Rainbow child.
- Rainbow children reflect your feelings and traits back to you.
- A Rainbow child is compassionate. They are here to love humanity and to be of service.
- A Rainbow child may be a channel for benevolent spiritual entities.
- They are not interested in competing with others, so unlikely to be sporty unless they are doing it for the sheer joy.
- Rainbow children forgive easily. In fact, forgiveness is almost an alien concept to them. Acceptance is the kind of forgiveness they practice.
- They are strong-willed. Once we might have described them as stubborn, but this is not the case. They are focused on their reasons for being here and anything else is just distraction.
- They may not talk until three or four years old. A little like Crystal children, but more so. They are tuned in to the cosmos and don’t need to communicate verbally. They are quite aware of what is going on around them.
- Like you, their Crystal parent, they are fearless.
Rainbow Children Q&A
Why Have Rainbow Children Come?
Rainbow children are the third wave of Star children. These children are here to heal the planet and restore the balance between the world and the people who live here. They are here to lead by example, to teach by reflecting our distorted values back to us, and to remove the ‘dirty’ energy that permeates the human race at this time.
Rainbows, together with other highly developed human souls, will eventually create a web of high vibrating energy that stretches right around the planet. These human souls are collectively known as ‘light workers’.
Light workers don’t have to do anything specific to help humanity to evolve. Their energy does all the work. Indigos and, to some extent, Crystals, do have physical tasks to perform, Rainbows simply have to be.
Are All Children Born Today Rainbows?
No, Rainbow children are still quite rare. We are currently still within the wave of Crystal children. Eventually, they will begin giving birth to more and more Rainbows.
What If I Have a Rainbow Child?
Occasionally, a Rainbow child will be misdiagnosed as autistic because of their late speech development. You, as their parent, and as a likely Crystal child yourself, should resist these attempts at early labeling.
If you identify your child as a Rainbow, then all you need to do is love them. They won’t ask for much more. They are not avaricious, greedy or mercenary, and would sooner give all their stuff away if it makes someone else happy.
You should recognize how gifted they are, and do all you can to facilitate their development. Don’t try to force them into being something they are not. Allow them to express their psyche in whatever way they want to.
Be aware that a Rainbow child may suffer at the hands of bullies, because they are so different. Yet, due to their gifts, they are aware that the bully is in pain, so they don’t allow that lower vibration to affect them long-term. They have emotional resilience. Consider the option of autonomous home-schooling (un-schooling) where they are able to set their own educational agenda. Rainbow children can’t be boxed in. You cannot force a Rainbow child to be, or act in a way, that isn’t compatible with who they are.
Who or What Comes After Rainbow Children?
We don’t know yet. Some sources mention ‘Golden children’, but we don’t know what extraordinary characteristics and gifts they will bring to us. There may be energetic modalities beyond what we know today. They may take healing to a higher level so that humans never suffer from disease again. They may be so psychic that the need for verbal and written communication will cease. Education will take on a new form and won’t be about learning facts. It will be about developing new forms of energy, new psychologies and new ways to live together without government. The world will be one large commune split into millions of smaller ones. That is a long way off, and probably beyond the time of anyone alive today. Nevertheless, the future is rainbow-colored

[...] Chinvato Peretu (Pahlavi : Chinvat Puhl ) The ‘Bridge of the Separator’, the Bridge of Judgement in Zoroastrianism. It is believed that for three days after death the soul ( urvan ; Pahlavi: ruvan ) meditates on its life before proceeding to its judgement by the three Y azatas , Mithra, Sraosha and Rashnu. Its good and evil thoughts, words and deeds are weighed in the balance. If the good predominate, then it is led by a beautiful maiden, the personification of its conscience ( daena ), across the bridge to heaven. If the evil predominate, then an ugly old hag leads the soul trembling across the bridge, which narrows so that the soul falls down into hell. This is the first judgement. The stay in heaven or hell is a temporary one for reward or corrective punishment for the soul until the day of the resurrection (Frashokereti ) when the whole person can be judged. [...] And the hadith of the prophet (S.A.W.) continued when he said: "Then the bridge will be laid across Hell, and the companions of the prophets asked: "What is the bridge, O, Messenger of Allah?" He said: " It is a slippery bridge on which there are clamps and hooks like a thorny seed that is wide at one side and narrow at the other and thorns with bent ends. Such a thorny seed is found in Najd and is called As-Sa’dan. Some of the believers will cross the bridge as quickly as the wink of an eye, some others as quick as lightning, as a strong wind, and as fast horses, so some will be safe without any harm; some will be safe after receiving some scratches, and some will fall down into the Hell Fire. The last person will cross by being dragged over the bridge. Some believers will say after they have crossed the bridge safely: O Allah! Save our Muslim brothers for they used to pray with us, fast with us, and also do good deeds with us, Allah will say: "Go and take out (of Hell) any one in whose heart you find faith equal to the weight of one (Dinar); Allah will forbid the Fire to burn there faces in of those sinners. They will go to them and find some of them in Hell Fire up to their feet, and some up to the middle of their legs, so they will take out those whom they will recognize and then they will return, and Allah will say to them: "Go and take out of Hell anyone in whose heart you find faith equal to the weight of one half Dinar." They will take out whomever they will recognize and return. And then Allah will say: "Go and take out (of Hell anyone in whose heart you find faith equal to the weight of an atom (or smallest ant)." And so they will take out all those whom they will recognize. [...]http://islam1.org/iar/imam/archives/1988/10/28/events_from_the_day_of_judgement.php

P.S. 2. Come preannunciavo quasi due anni fa (!) torno sull'argomento, per il momento con questa breve citazione :
autochthonous pre-Christian tradition, primarily
[...][...][...] [...][...][...] It is only certain that the idea of a bridge leading to the world beyond the grave was not known in Europe before the end of the 6th century; at least not among the Greeks and the Romans, who believed that passengers were carried across the river by Charon. From the end of the 6th and up to the 13th century, nearly all European testimonies about the bridge were based upon visionary experiences of individuals, who as a rule were (already) Christians. Despite this fact, we should allow for the possibility of the origin of these notions in the autochthonous pre-Christian tradition, primarily in the Irish case. Another possibility includes Iranian influences (possibly through the Byzantine Constantinople), where the idea of such a bridge was perfected. The bridge Chinvat in Iranian tradition linked the emptiness between the earth and the world beyond [...]. Its characteristic was that it spread wider when good souls crossed it, but narrowed when sinners did, so that they fell headlong into hell [...]. It was guarded by dogs. According to some variants, the judgement took place before the crossing of the bridge [...]. Earlier Persian texts mention that a soul was all alone on the bridge, and could be blown off into the precipice by a strong wind
